Renew your lease 2025-2026

RENEWAL DEADLINE + RENEWAL RATE

Current residents who plan to renew their lease should renew by October 31, 2024 to lock in their current apartment space. Beginning November 1, 2024, current residents can still renew their lease and receive the renewal rate, but will not be guaranteed their current apartment space. **Anyone who renews after December 21, 2024 will be subject to the market rate. 
We strongly encourage our residents to renew by October 31 if they would like to remain in their current apartment space for the upcoming lease year.

2025-2026 Renewal Rates

One bedroom/one bath $1,225    
Two bedroom/one bath $796    
Two bedroom/two bath $835    
Three bedroom/three bath $820    
Four bedroom/four bath $732    

*If you renew after December 21, 2024 you will be subject to the 2025-2026 Market Rate.

PARKING LEASE RENEWAL

Once you renew, please remember that parking is a separate lease. You must request a parking lease with your residential lease agreement if you would like to secure a parking permit. Parking is limited and only available on a first come, first serve basis. You will have an opportunity to obtain a parking lease for next year when you renew your lease but be aware, we are not holding your current parking spot for you. You will only get a parking pass if there is a space available, so please renew early.

WHY YOU SHOULD RENEW

Upfront costs

If you decide to move you may end up having to pay a new security deposit, pet fees, applications fees, and possibly even first or last month's rent. 

Packing supplies

You will need to make sure you purchase enough packing supplies for all your items to move including boxes, tape, bubble wrap, a moving truck, etc. These items can really add up.

New furniture?

Your apartment at College Park is fully-furnished so all the furniture you need is already here. If you decide to move, you may need to purchase new furniture items including beds, couches, dining tables and more. 

Turn on utilities

Utilities are included with your lease; water, gas, sewer, cable, internet and up to a monthly allowance for electricity! That means we take care of all the hassle of turning on and maintaining the utilities for you. If you move, you will have to switch all the utilities over into your (or a roommate's) name and there is often a fee for doing this. There may also be a delay in utilities if the company is unable to schedule you in quickly.

    Avoid the hassle

    Don't forget--signing a new lease doesn't just mean moving, but also cleaning! You will need to deep clean your apartment before leaving and may need to clean your new one upon moving in. Avoid all the hassles of moving and renew your lease!
